“What students learn from Kim helps them further their leadership effectiveness and career aspirations in tech.

I've worked with Kim since I launched ITC's CIO Certification for Women program in 2018, where she serves as our expert speaker on gender equity and tech culture topics. With each cohort that goes through the program, Kim creates new and engaging sessions on subjects relevant to women aspiring to reach the CIO position.

The students (women in IT leadership) love Kim's classes because of her reliability, the quality of her content, and her engaging speaking style. Leveraging her own experiences as a former CIO and cultural anthropologist, she breaks down complex topics that impact their careers as women, and makes them understandable and actionable."
